PATTERN OF PRELIMS 2015

Now , prelims is very close at hand , its time to sum up all now or never.

, first time merit will be based on the performace of GS only.

I think , this time gs wont be very abrupt and sporadic like last year. this prelims likely to be based on the 2012 & 2013 prelims gs. It would be game of basics.

but the conundrum is , what pattern upsc will adopt to choose the sectors for basics questions. there are plenty of areas for basic questions.

In my opinion , pattern will be current affairs. I mean to say basic questions will be asked from NCERT, NIOS, and basic books but the topics may be taken from current events.

For example

1. Ghar wapasi is current topic , but the question may be framed from SUddhi Movement of Arya samaj.

2. in 1915 Gandhi ji came back to india . so we are celeberating 100, now we can prepare about his contribution in S.Africa, like Zulu war , his march in africa like dandi march.

3. navkalebra ... renewel of wooden idols, wood is neem.

4. name of the horse of Budhha . .... Khantaka ... because the modi is gifted khantaka dynasty horse by mangolia govt

5. Bamiyan buddha

6. Lady with parrot idol , ....Khajuraho architecture

I have plenty of such topics , i ll try to update in upcoming days .

In view of the above , You can prepare the topics from GK today.

and type the topic in google news and read from news paper.
