MASTER GREEN MOSQUITO
Being an Air warrior , I had two consecutive postings in Fighter Airbase for almost 8 years. Albeit, the fighters were not so irksome for me rather than the mosquito. Mosquitoes disturb my sound sleep, study and everything ; owing to their resonance of high frequency proved in terminology of physics.
Medical science says an odour of enzymes in human inflicts mosquitoes to target human body for bombardment. The odour helps them to navigate to locate their target , even in darkness.
In eighties, Dung cake were burnt as a mosquito repellent. This Fumigation is still alive in some rural areas and coil in urbans.These coils cause such a smoky rooms with nil visibility for mosquito to fly and locate their target.Some master green learnt to fly through a smoky and toxic atmosphere in rooms and became well conversant to attack on our body.
Advancement of science replaced fumigation to odomos. The odour of these liquid and ointment repellents misguided the mosquitoes in navigation.Sooner or later , they created resistance to these repellents.
Then came state of the art technology , Vaporizers viz. ALL OUT & GOOD NIGHTS. This cutting age invention wreaked havoc in mosquiots' life.However, resistance to these tools assisted them to fly in corners.Now , the electric vaporizer's light helping them for navigation. Mosquitoes are using these lights as a Beacon to locate excalty whereabouts, a human is sleeping or hiding from bombardment.
In recent studies , scientists has discovered that some human bodies have an odour which distracts mosquitoes to attack on us. And a scent repellent will be invented using this odour.
A Gleam of hope is seen from genetic engineering , which is ready to launch a GM mosquito (genetically modified). This espionage GM mosquito will mate other females and their Larva won't be alive to become a mature one. But it doesn't mean that this GM mosquito is a Love jihadi. However , it may help to mitigate the agents of Dengue and other disease carriers's population.
Notwithstanding many nusances, I was again in lurch even after playing hours like Raffa ;but tenis with mosquito with recently invented mosquito racket.
Eventually ,being a Doubting Thomas I am not going to believe Mosquito free world and rely on any invention. The only solution lies in that ,unfurl mosquito Net and create a 'No flying zone'.
